1. If your employer isn’t outsourcing the work for this application, you might want to apply
for the 30% benefit on your own. Applying for the 30% benefit can be straightforward.
What you need is the following:
1. The Tax Form shown below
2. Your CV
3. Your contract
4. An Appendix to the contract which cites the 30% ruling
5. Scarcity Letter or Employer Support Letter
Sometimes the employer will try to put you off and say you don’t qualify. Don’t take
their word for it. After all, it is the tax office’s decision.
However, you do need the employer’s cooperation so just make sure they will sign off on
the scarcity letter and the appendix to the contract.
