Tap on the QR code icon to scan the
Paytm Mall QR code available at the
store

Search the product by typing the
product name in the Search bar
Suggest the customer to open Paytm App and follow these steps

3. Select the desired product from the
available list
Check the product details Here you can check the available
offers

4. Tap on Pick at store Tap on Apply Promocode

5. Tap on Proceed to pay Select the payment mode to pay for
the order

Share the pickup code with the seller

6. Suggest the customer to follow these steps to check the Order ID and Pickup Code in the Paytm App
Tap on the Menu option Tap on the Orders tab Tap on the respective order

8. Tap on the CASHBACK option Tap on the My Vouchers tab Tap on the respective Voucher

Note – The vouchers will be visible post 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered by the seller.
