ANIMAL SOUNDS SONG LESSON PLAN

  • 2. Activities Type of interaction Macroskills Timing Materials Activity 1: Animal sounds song. First, the students will listen to it once while reading the sheet with the lyrics. Then, they will listen to it again and sing along the animal sounds. Whole class Speaking and listening 10 minutes Cd player Flashcards Lyric sheets Activity 2: the students will be shown animal flashcards and with the help of the teacher they will name the animals (This is an elephant. What animal is this?) The other teacher will write the animals name on the board. Individual/ pair work Reading 10 minutes Worksheet Extra activity: color the animals from the crossword according to the color the teacher indicates.
