1. Geneseo
When I first came to Geneseo's Main Street I was shocked. In my imagination it appeared to be at
least twice bigger than it actually was. After wandering along Main Street for a couple of minutes I
realized that Geneseo is more than just a small town somewhere in Livingstone County in the Finger
Lakes region of New York. Due to its relatively small population Geneseo is a cozy and amiable
environment where everyone seems to be to a part of a big family – Geneseo family. I was
impressed by a number of scenes that I had a chance to observe. The first one took place in the
middle of the street: several people were walking their dogs and talking to each other. Such satiation
could not have taken place in my home country (Russia), where people are ... Show more content on

When you are walking along the Main Street you do not see any huge glowing street signs or
anything like that but you can smell various scents. The most persistent one was a smell of French
fries. It makes an impression once you get closer to the restaurants which are located in this street.
Everything here reminds me of my home: small flowerbeds near a petrol station, townhouses with
tall trees all around them and various restaurants with different cuisines. Geneseo is a green city and
Main Street is not an exception. It is covered with a great variety of trees. The air in this area is so
fresh that I can feel myself back in the Russian forests. This is the most positive aspect of Main
Street and Geneseo in general. It is always pleasant to know that you do not harm your body. In
comparison with Russia, where you can find a factory in the main street of almost every city.
Parking system in Main Street and in USA in general is completely different from the one we have
in Russia. I saw a parking meter for the first time in my life precisely in Main Street. It has
somewhat a complicated organization: it works only at a certain time and you are not charged if park

14. Persuasive Speech On The Evolution Of The Automobile
Creative destruction is defined by Wikipedia as the "process of industrial mutation that incessantly
revolutionizes the economic structure from within, incessantly destroying the old one, incessantly
creating a new one". It may seem strange that this term could make sense. After all, when you hear
the word creative, you probably think about something that is innovative, original, or artistic.
Whereas when you hear destruction, you probably think of mayhem, explosions, and overall chaos.
It is what is called an oxymoron. Two, seemingly opposite words in conjunction with each other.
Today I will be discussing the evolution of the horse drawn carriage, which gets eliminated by
automobiles. Then continuing this by examining how much the automobile industry has changed
over time. Rewind to first century B.C., the roman empire was thriving, and chariots, some of the
oldest versions of horse and carriages, were used regularly by the rich to get around without
walking. They were mostly used though, in battle. Then, in the 14th century, there were many
accounts of horse drawn carriages and wagons. By the 1600s, horse drawn carriages became the
standard way of transportation. This does not mean that it was a comfortable way of getting around.
There were several instances of men, who were driving, falling off the seat because the roads were
in such bad condition and the carriage had no way of softening the bumps. Finally, in the 1700s,
steel springs were created and

coachman directing the horses in every which way.

and rides with mother and grandfather to the palace of the king. As Mako gets out, two of the

38. Narrative Assignment : A Taxi Cab
The narrative assignment I have in mind is to follow a scene of two characters in a taxi cab. The
premise is that the taxi driver is an eastern European immigrant in a college town, waiting to receive
a call and when he does it is a young, drunk, male college student. The idea is that the taxi driver
comes from an impoverished town, with influence from the decaying conditions of Eastern Ukraine
from Russia. He is a middle–aged man with a wife and kids who come to the town (based entirely
on London) to seek better living conditions than his previous home. He seems to be a cheerful
character and upbeat despite his living situation. It is late at night when he gets the call from the
college student. The college student lives a stereotypical ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

They either are scared to show these colours in public or are afraid to admit that they are struggling
with these issues so they may turn to drugs and alcohol to cope with the pain, only leading them to a
downward spiral. I'm gonna try and bring out the truth many teenagers are facing with the college
student character. The reason why many people judge this generation in the first place is that people
throw them under the "millennial" stereotype. Which ends up with older generations blaming
millennials for their misfortune on their laziness, attitude, and lack of work ethic when in almost all
cases that is not true, they work harder than most previous generations before them. The reason for
the distinct taxi driver character is to symbolize older generations, but not the ones that stereotype
the millennials. The taxi driver is a struggling middle–aged immigrant because it allows for him to
sympathize with the college student. He does not have many of these prejudices in his home country
as everybody there is struggling. He understands what it is like to work extremely hard and have
obstacles in the way. The dialogue will also present the clash of cultures from the Western societies
compared to the eastern European societies. The taxi driver will serve as a sort of father figure for

42. Accommodation Advantages And Disadvantages
Tips on choosing the best accommodation type for your trip this year
Who doesn't love getting away from everything for a relaxing excursion? Whether your idea of
relaxation is heading to the quiet of the Lake District to hike to cosy country pubs or you much
prefer a city break to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy town – choosing the right accommodation
is key to your happiness.
There are plenty of accommodation options, too, whether you are looking for a hostel, hotel, motel,
a flat or home rental, a swap, a couch surf or a hot camping spot, some tips are always valid.
1. No Dogs Allowed
Are you travelling with pets? Before you book an accommodation you will need to check to ensure
that they accept pets. It would be disappointing to arrive at your destination only to discover Rover
isn't welcome, so plan head when making your booking.
2. Location, Location, Location
One of the biggest mistakes people make is finding a good deal and not realising that it's located
nowhere near where you want to be. If you're heading to London you don't want to find yourself two
trains away from the centre of the city! So, take time to look at a map and see where your potential
accommodation is located when compared to your ideal spot. This is especially true if you're
looking to rent a flat or a house. If you do choose somewhere out of the way, make sure you know
what public transport is available and how often it runs. Otherwise, you will need to consider a car
rental service.

51. Leaving Gilead: A Brief Analysis
It is astonishing how one seemingly minuscule decision can make the largest difference in the
timeline of ones life. In the story, Leaving Gilead, by Patt Carr, Geneva Birdsong, her daughter
Saranell, and their slave Renny, are on the road as a result of the civil war, which Geneva's husband
Ian, is fighting in. While traveling, they come across many instances where the love of Geneva's
heart and sanity of her mind is questioned. Geneva is unable to accept reality. While Geneva lives
her life on the Balm of Gilead plantation, her brain tells her the war is just a silly game, but more
and more of the people she considers as "friends," are dying every day. After several months of Ian
Birdsong, her husband, serving in the war, he makes a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
While moving through the town, the Birdsong family and servants stop at the Culver residence for
food and rest. Upon entering, they find that the house is deserted, the only objects that remained
inside was the furniture, witch were covered with sheets. Geneva thinks that Haze acted in revenge
and said this. "She never could forgive me for the fact that Haze and I–"(Carr 117). Just like Geneva
couldn't finish that statement, she could not admit to herself that she had made a mistake by
marrying Ian. This mistake was the first of many cascading mistakes that plagued her life and
further cascaded by influencing the life of young Saranell. Much like in Leaving Guilead, the novel
Death Be Not Proud, by John J. Gunther, the main character, Johnny, is unable to receive his
endgame and refuses to submit. He is diagnosed with a brain tumor and is informed after a critical
surgery to remove it, that he has no more that a few months to live and decides this. "(a) the tumor
had never been bigger than 'a plum' (b) ... (d) what was happening now was merely to clear up odds
and ends. Nothing could shake him from this belief.. He said, 'I' m afraid the tumor has gone to my
head,' and once he chorded ironically to Frances, his mother,' I must take my mind off my brain'"
(Gunther 63)! While both Geneva and Johnny have similar outlooks on life, the results they leave
them with are completely opposite. Johnny Gunther being unable to accept his fate was what
extended his life by many months and gave him joy, while on the other hand, Geneva's viewpoint
left her life miserable and still regretfully short. Therefore, much of being unable, is a conscious
choice on how you will let it influence your words, actions, and view on your

According to the research I did on the website before coming to the State Museum of Pennsylvania,
ever since it was created in 1905, this museum has both collected and preserved the history of the
State of Pennsylvania.(n.d., About Section, para. 1). This peaked my interest on the museum so on
Sunday morning my Dad gave me a ride to the State Museum of Pennsylvania. The weather
conditions were particularly colder than usual. It felt like ice cubes were rubbing on my skin. I saw a

My eyes first gazed upon a painting on the p.2 right side of the wall. It was a picture of a woman
who most likely lived in the early 19th century. She was Caucasian and wore a black dress. The
painting also had a golden–like frame around it. I touched the frame itself–wondering what kind of
materials were used to create it. As a whole wasn't masterful yet I could sense some of the passion
that went into this painting. I looked around the facility and came to the realization that I was the
only one there at the time. As oppose to my experience in the State Museum, I could hear my own
thoughts clearly. There wasn't too much noise to distract me from the experience. The building was
in fact a lower caliber when compared to the State Museum. It smelled different and it felt different
as well however, just because it was of a lower caliber, it doesn't mean that it was a horrendous
experience. It had it's own aesthetic flare–one that I fairly enjoyed. As I paced around the lobby I
could hear the floor I was stepping on make a creaking noise. It persisted throughout my entire stay
at the building. After that I took some of the chocolate covered peanuts I had and eat some of them.
From the outside, it smelled like cocoa. The chocolate tasted like sweetened cocoa that melted in my

75. Tips For A Sized Stroller System That Has All The Bells...
When you have a baby, you need to have stroller, if you are ever going to leave leave your house. Of
course, you will likely want to have a full–sized stroller system that has all the bells and whistles.
Many of them are like baby Cadillacs. However, full–sized strollers have some major liabilities.
They are heavy. In fact, they are often so heavy that it is impossible to get them into the car, so you
can push your baby around when you get to your final destination. If you are lucky enough to win
the struggle of getting the stroller in and out of your vehicle, the next task is setting it up. That can
often be a difficult task as well. If can be enough to convince any parent to not bother with the
struggle and just stay home. Lightweight ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Following are some of the factors to look at during your search for a new lightweight stroller. Type
There are two types of lightweight strollers, so your first consideration should be which one of these
two will best fit your needs. The most common type of lightweight stroller is the umbrella stroller.
This type of stroller is typically the one parents envision when they consider a second stroller that is
compact enough to take on the go. This type of stroller is generally basic and does not include any
extras that are common on full–sized strollers. The other type of lightweight stroller is a bit bigger
than an umbrella stroller but not as big as a standard stroller. This type of lightweight stroller
generally is more comfortable and has a few conveniences such as under–seat storage and larger
sunshades. Budget As with most items you buy, price is always a consideration. Lightweight
strollers have a wide price range, depending on the features you are looking for. It is not hard to find
a lightweight stroller to fit any budget, and it is equally as easy to find one that will break your bank
account. So, it is a good idea to set your budget before you start looking for a stroller so you can
easily eliminate some choices right off the bat. Durability Just as lightweight strollers come in a
variety of price ranges, they also vary in their durability. Before you purchase a

There are also very basic applications on Google Play Store which provide some but not all of the
features I would include in my application (such as apps which can calculate fuel consumption only
but require constant user input on number of miles driven and fuel added to tank etc), these are often
free but can have major issues such as accuracy, level of input or effectiveness of UI which make
them not practical or convenient for the use of the client. My app will be different in the fact it will
combine all the features of these apps into one app with a better UI and easier input methods, it will

budget for a non–essential piece of software such as this. It will combine the positive features of
apps available on the market and the costly trip computer devices to produce a free, or cheap app

McKenna and the Photon Chariots
McKenna awoke from a dream of butterfly's fluttering over roads of infinite color. Today was
special, and her glowing face showed it; today she was going to see Lux. McKenna had never
visited Lux but knew it was the place where all letters were sent to and from the people of Orbis.
This was perfect; McKenna had a very special letter to send. McKenna heard her mother call for her,
so she quickly gathered her travel bag, ensuring her letter was safely inside, and ran outside to find
her father, mother, brother, and sister were already packed, and waiting for her to arrive. She quickly

McKenna and her family had been traveling for what seemed like forever. To try and pass the time,
she and her siblings were playing games they brought from home, while her father and mother
talked in the front of the carriage. During a pause in their game, McKenna called to the front of the

you ever wondered why, or how they move so fast? Well, not to give too much of your tour away,
but it's because the IBs ride on very special carriages, and these carriages move faster than your eyes

87. Empire Island: A Fiction Narrative
Empire Island. 419 AE.
With the rising of the sun came the fog – the often–resented union between the cold Empire Coast
Current from the north and the much warmer Dragon Stream from the south. Yet even as the fog
came to greet the Royal Engstrom Docks, it found it was already bustling with activity. Well–
seasoned workers were already prepping cargo and delegating teams to load the vast cargo on three
separate ships, the Prince Turner, the Thane Levant, and the Underwood, The Empire's crest, a
brown falcon, adorned each of the three ships. They had been painted with earth–coloured markings,
as a ward against sea monsters. The massive ships were snuggled against the quayside amidst a fleet
of smaller fishing craft that had returned from night fishing.
Most of the crew aboard the three ships had nothing to lose and a world to gain. The captain of the
Prince Turner, the strongly built Henry Jackson, was hand–picked for the mission as he had, only 3
years before, captured the Amidon, the famed galleon of the Amazonas.
By royal decree, the three ships would depart on a voyage across the Great Waters, a three month
trip to a relatively unexplored land, to find riches and new resources for the glory of Empire Island.
Only one other such venture had been officially sanctioned by the Empire, 10 years ago. But times
were getting desperate.
Under Emperor Na'sdet, the Empire had, within 23 years, rose to become a formidable rival to its
surrounding countries. Her ships had penetrated

Secondly, the difference between actual and estimated returns is less than 5%, (FASB ASC 250–10–
S99–1) therefore, according to GAAP the difference is immaterial and the accounting procedure is
permissible. Lastly, the estimated cost of keeping detailed records for each product line of each
division may outweigh the benefits of accurate rates of returns. Option #2: Trademark, Inc., after
responding to complaints and the high rate of returns, relationships with customers increased and
they received less returns. Trademark, Inc.'s ability to make a reasonable estimate of future returns
was impaired because they altered their shipping method, but did not change how they estimated for
the return of damaged goods. According to FASB ASC 605–15–25–3, the ability to make a

Death was very prevalent in the life of Emily Dickinson. It had all started with the death of her
loved ones and family friends that led her into a state of solitary where she had become very
reclusive and gave her time to write the large amount of poems she created. It has provided people
who have had something tragic or just in that state of mind to provide an outing as well as provide
incredible imagery to pass onto a reader. Emily Dickinson was a poet that has very impressive way

103. The End Of The Stranger By Albert Camus
At the end of The Stranger by Albert Camus, the protagonist Meursault says: "For me to feel less
alone, I had only to wish that there be a large crowd of spectators the day of my execution and that
they greet me with cries of hate." (123). It is here that Meursault proposes a new look at the
relationship between internal suffering and the external manifestation of that suffering: hateful
spectators. Similarly, in Crime and Punishment, Marmeladov and Katerina have their individual
miseries highlighted through both personal strife and, inevitable, their public deaths. Despite the
different circumstances of their deaths, both seem to suggest that the crowd of disgusted spectators
offer validation to Marmeladov and Katerina's suffering.
The ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Additionally, the carriage drivers story is corroborated by three bystanders: "'That 's exactly how it
was! ' some witness responded from the crowd. 'he did shout ... ' another voice responded
'everybody heard it! ' cried a third." (175). This demonstrates how the audience has a vested
interested in being a part of the narrative. Here, Dostoevsky uses the parallel of the coachman 's
three shouts with the three witnesses to show a contradiction between the motives of the two similar
but distinct parties. The carriage driver attempts to distance himself from the tragedy of the event,
while the crowd strives to become part of the tragedy, whether it be by encroaching on the scene, or
by confirming the coachman 's story. The witnesses strive to be a part of the struggle, and in doing
so, it serves to highlight the magnitude of Marmeladov's physical suffering.
This interplay between sufferer and spectators culminates when Dostoevsky uses the narrator to
highlight the entertainment value of a tragedy and to elaborate on the satisfaction that the audience
receives from the spectacle. As Marmeladov's death scene approaches its end Katerina pleads with
the spectators to leave: "'You might as well let him die in peace! ' she shouted at the whole crowd 'A
fine show you 've found for yourselves!'" (179). Katerina laments about the show that Marmeladov
's death has become. She is frustrated that a room full of spectators that she has

107. Taking a Look at the Britannia Panopticon
"The Britannia Panopticon is not the sort of heritage you walk about gazing at while thinking, 'Isn't
that pretty'," admitted the music hall's preservation director Judith Bowers. She claims that a truly
restored Panopticon would have to reflect its thousand–strong poor and even "rough" audience,
paying tribute to the folk who frequented the theatre over its long history.
The Panopticon was built in 1857 on the site of an old warehouse by the partnership of little–known
architect Thomas Gildard and his brother–in–law H.M. McFarlane. The building, which was born as
a music hall and can be counted among the first to get electricity in Glasgow, became one of the
earliest establishments to be put into moving picture. It also housed freak shows, carnivals,
waxworks and even an indoor zoo attracting a diverse audience. It came to be called a "people's
theatre" in the hands of its most notable owner A.E. Pickard – a notorious business man, millionaire
and quite the eccentric person. Unblemished or nearly intact purpose–built theatres from an early
age are extremely rare in Britain. This is due to the fact that theatres that were failing financially
were razed by the dozens in order to sell the land. Even financially successful theatres were razed so
that they could be rebuilt bigger and better. Consequently, Britannia Music Hall, one of the few
remaining examples of a nineteenth–century music hall, is worth restoration and preservation. Other
historic theatre buildings, like the

111. I Heard A Fly Buzz
Death, Where Is Thy Sting?
Jim Morrison once wrote: "It's strange that people fear death. Life hurts a lot more than death. At the
point of death, the pain is over." Most people view death with reverence, fear, and maybe some
sadness, but the authors of "I Heard a Fly Buzz When I Died", "Death, Be Not Proud", "Because I
could not stop for Death" treat it as if it's trivial thing that you can make fun of. They were a little
different, but they helped to Especially in their time period, when poets had a stiff and staunch view
of "serious things", which to them was almost everything. They paved the way for people to not be
afraid of death, but instead view it as the passing from one body into paradise, with death being the
middle man. "I Heard a Fly Buzz When I Died", by Emily Dickinson, "Death, Be Not Proud", by
John Donne, "Because I Could Not Stop for Death", by Emily Dickinson, are all poems that deal
with the subject of death, but not in the normal way.
I heard a fly buzz– when I died, written by Emily Dickinson in free verse, is a poem about an
interesting turn to a somber occasion. The poem starts out by telling us about someone on her
deathbed. It tells us of all her ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It begins by talking about how people think that death is something they should be afraid of, and
that death is proud of its "power", but Donne explains that we should have no fear of it. Death thinks
that it has the power to kill us, but in reality he really doesn't. He is actually helping us, if we are
Christians, to reach our end goal, heaven. If we die, then we just end our lives on this sinful and lost
planet and begin our life with our savior in heaven. Donne basically spends most of the end of the
poem mocking death and calling it a "slave". He ends by saying that "Death, thou shalt die", which
reminds us that someday Jesus will destroy death and pain and suffering forever and we will live

The Insane Asylum.
One day I walked into one of my client's room and stopped dead. Written in what looked like
charcoal was a bunch of people's torsos and heads. There was blood all over the bed and the client
was under the bed literally deflated. No bones, blood, organs, just the skin and eyeballs. I had
immediately ran back out and got a guard and when we came back to the room the body was gone.
One of the drawings had a great big x across it written in more blood. Freaking out, we had called
the cops and shut and locked every door. Two weeks had passed the police force couldn't figure out
who had killed the man, especially since there was no body to work with. Going back into the crime
scene I counted all the people on the wall. The same amount on the wall was the same amount of
clients we had plus one. Just then I heard a high pitched scream and watched a great big x appear in
blood on a charcoaled person. I knew immediately what had happened.
Racing toward the scream looking through the rooms I saw something that will haunt my dreams
forever. A client was throwing up all her own blood, organs, and bones with a shadowy figure
behind her holding a bottle. Right after I burst into her room the lights flickered off into a complete
darkness. I was pushed down and a drop acid green liquid landed on my shoulder and burned me. It
hurt so bad that it had knocked me out cold.
When I had awaken I was on the couch in my boss's office. He looked grave as he spoke, "As I hear
it you were in Elena's room when she died and I would like to know everything that had happened.
The sooner you tell me the better because there are five dead in total now.
"Well, I heard a scream and I started running to the noise looking through the rooms as I passed.
When I got to her room I had looked through and she was vomiting her bones, organs, and blood up.
There was also a shadow like object or... or a someone holding a bottle. I ran into the room and it
went pitch black something knocked me over and then green acid type stuff landed on my shoulder
and burned me. That is all I remember."

In most cases describing Uber as disruptive business model refers to the view that the business
brought an indispensable change, not just small–scale modifications to the taxi market but
reinventing in a way the whole taxi experience. Uber must identify its target customers and keep a
strong marketing mix to be successful. Due to its technology, Uber does not have a lot of
disadvantages as taxi cabs, although it has encountered regulatory obstacles and some public
resistance.
Operating as a disruptive business model, Uber will inevitably have risks to overcome in order to be
successful. Uber faces a lot of challenges including internal struggles, legal and regulatory
challenges, and global issues.

Allegedly, Uber drivers were involved in three rapes in Delhi, India; Chicago; and Boston. To
reestablish its reputation for safety, Uber has added a "safe ride checklist." Insurance for drivers is
also an issue. Although Uber's website claims that it offers $1 million in liability insurance plans for
its drivers, some states are issuing warnings stating that rideshare insurance may not cover them
should there be an accident. This is due as personal cars are used for commercial purposes.
Global expansion challenges
Uber has adopted the motto "Available locally, expanding globally" to describe the opportunities it
sees in global expansion. Even though it is a success in some countries, many countries have
regulatory obstacles that have caused disturbance for Uber to do business successfully in these
areas. Perhaps the biggest failure is to obtain licenses also they offer many of the same services as a

131. Animal Cruelty And Its Effects On Society
For years, animals have been a form of entertainment whether it has been in movies, shows,
circuses, or for a romantic night out. Most families love this type of entertainment because it is kid
friendly and believe it is cool to watch animals do all kinds of tricks. But do they ever wonder what
really goes on behind closed doors? Entertainment animals have had to endure a lot of pain,
depression, and torture in the process; aside from that not all of them have that "happy ending." No
one enjoys pain, this includes humans and animals, and so no one should have be force to go
through it. Each year hundreds of animals die from animal cruelty. Animals used for entertainment
have to endure pain in various ways this can be anything from being whipped to being electrocuted.
Animals have no way of saying "STOP, stop hurting me" all they can do is make noise but most
handlers choose to ignore the cries or enjoy the sound of it. While one is out trying to impress their
significant other, they get on a carriage because they think it is romantic, but do they stop to think
that maybe the horse does not enjoy pulling them around town. Horse drawn carriages have died
each year from heat strokes, inhaling exhaust fumes, and leg problems. Countless other incidents
have occurred in which humans and horses were involved, especially in the city; many of which
humans were at fault either for driving carelessly or impatiently. The local animal control officials

Every year me and my dearest family and beloved friends would embark on a journey to my long
deceased Uncle's manor. My uncle died in the year 1867 at the age of eighty, the doctors never quite
understood how he died but when he was found the maid said that he was holding a picture of tree
which stood in the house gardens. However this picture was never seen after the maid put it on the
mantelpiece after his death, nor the tree.
As I woke up I could already smell the sweet scent of freshly baked bread coming from the bakers
across the road.I could also hear a faint pattering on my downstairs door.As I tentatively stepped
down each step the pattering began to embark on a crescendo, louder and louder it got until it
became a banging.I ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Slowly the horse took me on an hour journey to the boat port just a few miles up from where i
live. When we got there i saw a steam boat waiting for the passengers ,as well as my dear party. The
driver got my bags and opened the door for me however as he opened the door he hid his eyes and
face and only nodded as an informal good day,but even stranger i saw that when he was walking to
get my baggage that he was trying to hide an injury to his leg.I got only a glimpse of the cut but it
was deep and it had a peculiarity about it,it wasn't like being scratched by a dog or cat more like
something that someone had done to him.Despite this event i tried to stop thinking about it and
instead tried to embrace the spirit of the group. As i walked up the stairs i turned around to see if the
driver was still their but as i turned around i saw that he was lying on the ground and looked as if he
was having an apoplectic shock, i tried to rush down the stairs again to see if he was ok but i was
blocked by tourists.Eventually i gave up and walked to join my party but again i turned around to
see if he was being taken care of but he wasn't there neither was his cart only his horse. And as i
stepped through the portico of the ship, a picture of a garden flew past me.All i could see was that it
had been cut and or

Schools must comply with sanctions because it is one of the many policies which schools must
abide by in terms of legal requirements but also children and young people need to be praised when
they have done something right and when they really have achieved something and that is what as
staff we attempt to do as often as possible. There are however times when bad behaviour does need
to be dealt with and it is important to know how you go about it for example knowing who you need
to tell and how you go about telling them are both important things which must be taken into
consideration when having to deal with bad behaviour. Firstly it is important to act within the
