WE „HEART‟ VISITORS – In February, we celebrate love on Valentine‟s Day. At Our Saviour, we always celebrate
the love of God that brought Jesus to suffer and die for our sins so that we may have eternal life with Him. Please let us
know you were here; fill out the Fellowship Pad (it‟s in the hymnal rack) with today‟s date, your name, address, phone
number, etc. Please come and worship with us again!
CHILDREN WELCOME – The nursery and Sunday School are in session today. Toddlers to age 3 are welcome to the
Nursery; children age 4 thru grade 6 are welcome to attend Sunday School (registration forms can be found in the office
hallway). The nursery is located in the basement; SS children go to class after the Children‟s Message. Childrens‟
bulletins, for ages 3-6 and 7-12, can be found on the counter in the Narthex. For assistance, please talk to an usher.
PRESCHOOL‟S READY – Come to the church office for a Registration Packet for the 2010-11 school year. Classes
include a new MWF (8:30-11:30) program for 4- and 5-year-olds and a T-TH session for 3-year-olds from 8:30-10:30am.
We hope to fill the T-TH morning session and also offer an afternoon class from 12:30-2:30pm (a minimum number of
students are needed to run any class). If neighbors or friends are looking for a preschool, ask them to call 468-3596.
TWICE AS NICE! – During Lent, you are encouraged to attend worship twice a week…on Sunday and then again on
Thursday for the special Lenten worship services held at 12:15 and 7pm. Lenten Devotions are available from LAMP
(Lutheran Association of Missionaries and Pilots U.S.). Please take one home for your family devotions.
YOUTH NIGHT – For youth in grades 6-12…Please join us this week Wednesday beginning at 3:30 pm. A $3 donation
is requested for a meal served around 5:15 pm. Grade 6 leaves at 6pm when grades 7 and 8 go to Confirmation. Grades
9-12 are welcome to stay until Confirmation ends at 7:30 pm. Questions? Ask Pastor Greg…greg@oslc-gb.org.

You can tell how big a person is by what it takes to discourage him.

YOUTH (GRADES 6-12) SKI TRIP TO HIDDEN VALLEY – On Friday, February 26, arrive at church by 5:30pm.
We will ski from 6-9pm. Youth ski tickets are $17 and ski rentals are $13. Snowboard rental is $24. Youth will need to
have a current medical consent form, ski trip information sheet, payment and, if renting, a parent-signed rental form
turned in no later than Wednesday, February 24. Check the Youth Board for details. Drivers/chaperones needed; families
welcome. Questions? Contact Boerschingers - 469-5895 or Fabboersch@aol.com.
IT‟S FOR MEMBERS! – Check the Member-to-Member board when you come to church. There are new items from
members added all the time! Maybe you can help someone or change a life today!
OPEN GYM AT OSLC! – Join members of OSLC and their friends for an evening of basketball. Open Gym will held on
Sundays from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. Come as you are able! Questions can be directed to Denny Steinmann at 826-2007.

the cap on. Used cell phones – donated to local domestic abuse victims and the „Cell Phones for Soldiers‟ program. Non-

recipes and decoration ideas with you. Ladies, remember to also bring a friend! It‟s that much sweeter in numbers.
SEROOGY‟S FUNDRAISER – Purchase Fudge Eggs, chocolate bunnies or lambs and boxes of assorted Seroogy‟s
chocolates at the same price as in the store but the OSLC Preschool receives 50% of the sale price. Orders will be ready
for pick up by March 28. Please contact the office (468-4065) if interested; the deadline for accepting orders is March 12.

department stores (ShopKo, Kohl‟s, Fleet Farm, WalMart), gas stations (Kwik Trip, BP, Shell) AND MORE. Our
Saviour receives a percentage of profit from each SCRIP card sold and you use the cards just like cash at your favorite
stores. For more information, stop at the Welcome Center or call the office (468-4065) during the week.

the Norbertine Center for Spirituality in DePere, WI on Mar 13-14. For more info, call 544-516 or go to www.gbme.org.
LIFE QUOTE – “It‟s OK to be old. That doesn‟t mean that you‟re washed up and useless. If you‟re a Christian, what it
really means is that you‟re just very, very close to seeing Jesus in person in heaven. In words especially dear to all the
„aging‟, Jesus said in John chapter 14, „Don‟t let your hearts be troubled… In my Father‟s house are many rooms. I am
going there to prepare a place for you.‟ You might call it homecoming.” Pastor Mark Jeske, speaker on “Time on Grace”
This “Life Quote” is from Lutherans for Life www.lutheransforlife.org

If you‟re a Christian, what it really means is that you‟re just very, very close to seeing Jesus in person in heaven. In words especially dear to all the „aging‟, Jesus said in John chapter 14, „Don‟t let your hearts be troubled… In my Father‟s house are many rooms. I am going there to prepare a place for you.‟ You might call it homecoming.” Pastor Mark Jeske, speaker on “Time on Grace” This “Life Quote” is from Lutherans for Life www.lutheransforlife.org
