Evaluation Readiness Checklist
Is your organization ready to evaluate its programs? Complete the checklist below for each program that
you want to evaluate by putting a check mark in the appropriate column.
You need to take action to meet each criterion which you have marked with โnoโ.
You need to find additional information for each of the criteria that you have marked with โNot sureโ. Look
through the resources offered in this workshop, the resource list, as well as within your own organization.
