Trak Care: Trakcare is an advanced Web-based healthcare information system that rapidly delivers
the benefits of an Electronic Patient Record. It is used by leading hospitals in 25 countries to bring
exponential improvements to the care of every patient and to the productivity of every healthcare
professional.
Praxify: Praxify is cloud based web-application for Doctors, Patients and Hospitals for digitalizing
the Encounter process, starting from the Scheduling Appointments to Discharging and Home
medication process for the patients. Entire process is Digitalized and shared with patients, Doctors
and Hospitals to have transference in the treatments. Praxify product will provide alerts for
Patients, Doctors and Hospitals for Defined Treatments.
Responsibilities:
