4. Principal’s Reminder
There was no End-of-the-Year (SA1) Examination due to HBL and Covid 19.
The school will observe performance during P2SA1, P2SA2, P3SA1 & P3SA2 Exams next year.
If any child show that he/she is not able to cope in the double curriculum next year, we may
recommend the parents to transfer the child to a national school. Not all children respond well in
a double curriculum environment.
If any child is observed to demonstrate learning disability or serious disruptive behaviour
disorders. The madrasah may recommend the parents to transfer the child to a national school. A
national school is equipped to assist the child to learn better.
5. Achievement Level Scoring System
PSLE & ISPE Examination take a format of Summative Examination rather Formative Examination.
Heavily utilize Achievement Level (AL) Scoring System.
To determine a pass, a child should still get above 50% score for each subject.
To help the madrasah to pass, every child needs to attain to get Average Total Subject Score of 21
or lower.
AL 21 is Madrasah Average Benchmark.
If Madrasah gets more than 21 for 3 consecutive PSLE, it will not be able to take in Primary 1
cohort.
