A. Project LUKBAN
stands for Learners of Unique Knowledge, a Bridge towards Achievement of Literacy and Numeracy
Project LUKBAN aims to develop the reading and numeracy skills of the Catbalogan IV
Central learners, thru this project it is expected that academic performance in English
and Mathematics will be improve. So, the focus of this project is the development of
vocabulary skills, , reading comprehension skills and to zeroed –out non-readers in
grades one to Three learners. While it is also expected that the fundamental operation
in Mathematics should be mastered by the learners in grades one to three.

stands for Social Action Learning Outreach Building Active and Transformed Achievers
Project SALO BATA
Is a community - based literacy and Numeracy outreach program of the school in
which the focus is not only the non-achiever but it includes the achiever. Both are
given equal opportunity when it comes to the giving of instructions. So that, both
learners’ performance will improved.
