3. • NAT VI reflects the much needed intervention to
attain the score of 75% above proficiency level
since the school is one of the poor performing
school within the district for the last three years.
Continuous innovations in teaching, intervention
and enhancement programs were laid and
carried out to make sure that the teaching and
learning process is more facilitated that will
result in better results.

5. • LAPG results shows that the pupils were
good in spelling but poor in vocabulary
and reading comprehension. Thus, the
enhancement classes were focused on the
development of pupils interest in reading
and vocabulary learning through the
differentiated instruction done by teachers.
8. This develop pupil’s interest in reading is the
main purpose of this practice. At the struck of
3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, pupils are
instructed to stop whatever they are doing and
with the guidance of the teacher, pupils will
select any reading material from the classroom
reading center (including review forms and
answer sheets) and read aloud any text
according to his/her interest for 10-15 minutes.
