some reason every time I scooped some dirt off the ground it felt satisfying. I did this to the point where I hit rock bottom and continue so I dug
another hole, which began to repeat over and over. My dad noticed this and began to plant some trees and plants, which later resulted in fruits and
beautiful flowers. Although some might think that the flowers and fruit were the reward it had seemed to me that the actual digging was the
reward itself. In addition, another example would be when at school I am given an assignment with more difficulty in completion of that
assignment I typically find myself feeling more satisfied with the actual work than the reward. So overall, I would say what I also found myself
learning that it is that when the work is something you enjoy doing the work typically is its own reward. Now I'm going to start to focus on jobs

The more I tried to meet the quota the more I failed at it. I worked hard every day and stays focused and some of the other ladies fooled around and

I didn't truly understand hard work until the summer of 2016. Hard work is when you take time and put effort into something to become successful. I
thought playing NBA 2k17 all day to reach legend on the Xbox was the hardest work any boy could do at the time, but unfortunately that wasn't the
case. Hard work proved to be way different during a struggle later in my AAU basketball season. That is when we meet a team we just couldn't beat.

I was 13 years old, in the 7th grade, and loved the game of basketball. First Class Game, my AAU basketball team, had been my team for two years

receive an athletic letter, dedicate personal time, and follow Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) regulations.
Cheerleaders, along with athletes in varsity sports, receive an athletic letter at the end of the season, but only the athletes able to be a part of the
CHS C Club. C Club is for students who have received an athletic letter in a sport. AHere at CHS the cheerleading squad is considered only a club,
not a sport. All athletes that are a part of a varsity sport will receive an athletic letter. Cheerleading, although a club, will receive an athletic letter.
Since the cheerleaders are not considered a sport they are not able to be a part of the CHS C Club.

My first jobs I ever had included working mutually for both my parents. They were always very tough on me and expected the very best outcome

Continuing with the idea of people believing that it is unfair how the upper class has more advantages in life, this bring us to the "meritocratic
model" which is the model that "recognizes inequities and tries to correct for socioeconomic disadvantages" says Arora (Arora 87). This is the
system that is related with the United States (Arora 87) and the reason that most people believe that this model is fair is because people with low
incomes or with fewer benefits are offered programs such as the Headstart program and subsidized healthcare. Doing this would help out the needy
and put everyone at somewhat of an equal place in life. However thinking deeply into the idea of these programs, they are not entirely fair from
everyone's point of view. For example, some people are born with something that Arora refers to as the "natural lottery" which is described as "people

Hard Work College
Continuing an education after high school would be an enormous accomplishment! I have considered and thought about all the hard work college will
be, but the amazing benefits are worth it. College is an essential part in becoming something and someone greater. Progressing on to college after I
finish up high school means producing a difference in the world while moving to the next step in my life. Once I graduate high school, I plan to attend
Pacific University to complete a four year degree in Pre–Physical Therapy. Making the decision of what I want to do is a tremendous deal, because it
can potentially become what I pursue for the next 40 or more years of my life. I have attentively considered becoming a physical therapist as it has

Reflection On Hard Work
As this summer comes to a close I have sat back and reflected on all of the long hours, and hard work that has went into this internship. I have been
around a group of coaches that have showed me compassion, amazing work ethic, and stern guidance. Never once did I feel like I was just some intern
that was under everyone and just took all of the terrible jobs that no one else wanted to do. Now while the jobs that I did have were hard and they were
strenuous. I feel like I was fully prepared to tackle and handle every single obstacle that came my way. I believe that the reason that I was able to
handle all of these stressors was because of how prepared Berry has made me. Never once did I not hear a term or drill that I did not know because...
After this the players would move into the weight room where the emphasis would be placed on lower body strength so that we could have the
players being able to produce a great amount of force from their lower body. On Wednesdays we would have the athletes go through the same
position specific work that they went through on Tuesday so that those finer points and drills would be muscle memory by the time that the season
rolled around. Once they completed these drills the athletes would have a completion between various position groups to make sure that the guys
keep that competitive edge that they need during the season. On Thursday the guys had no on the field conditioning and they would be just in the
weight room. During this day the emphasis would be placed on upper body strength, and the would be doing movements like the bench press,
military press, and other upper body lifts so that they could produce great amounts of force with their upper body. Once Friday rolled around the
athletes had a day of just conditioning. This day usually involved the greatest amount of conditioning, and usually put the greatest amount of stress on
the athletes. These days are used primarily to make sure that the guys are ready for the season when it comes in the fall. On the other side of the
internship, other than just have to be up at 3 am every day to be at lifts there was also a rigorous academic curriculum that we had to go through.
