There are basically two types of recruitment mainly used by the most of the organizations.
 External recruitment.
 Internal recruitment.
1. External recruitment
There are some types of external recruitment by the klash mills limited.
External recruitment done with three types of people in which
 Higher level management(GM,CEO)
 Middle management(managers)
Low level management (labour etc.)
 Higher level management.
The higher level of management deals with the GM, CEO etc.
The selection of higher level of management is done at owner’s
level. There is no interview panel againsttop level management
like gm.
 Middle management.
a. Middle management deals with the people at middle level.
b. Like HR managers, finance officer, marketing officers, production
officer etc.
c. Moreover the organization havelinkage different institution when
they have a vacancy related to any level of middle management
they tell to the insinuation and then the institution announced it
to their graduates.
d. Newspaper advertisement.
e. The selection of middle management is done by ………
Different tests.
Interview

General Manager or managers of the organization finally select
the candidate
 Low level of management
The low level of management deals with the labours or
supervisors or machineoperator of the different department of
the organization.
The selection process of low level of management occurs on
reference basis or experience base.
Ways of external recruitment
 Advertisement: through newspapers , online organization website
 Blindbox add: the klash mills never do blind box advertisement.
 Education institute: for hiring the new employees they contact with
the institutions.
 Unsolicited application: they save the unsolicited application and
use them on the time of need and provide relevant people to the other
needed organization
2. Internal recruitment
When an organization would like to choose employee within the organization or
prefer its own existing employees.
Internal recruitment is pure merit base because if they have no merit base then
politic are increase in the organization and other employee is demotivate
Internal recruitment is cost effective
In this way we select best candidate
Ways of internal recruitment use by klashmills
 Promotion.
 Advertise the job on the notice board of the organization.
 Transfer from one department to other.
Questions ask by the org
 They never done blind box advertisement in organizations history
 When the need to hire the existing employee of any other organization the
organization offered high bonuses or salary to that person to let off the other
organization.
 If wants to let off the klash mills pvt ltd they don’t stop him because they
have already train his junior and he is able to manage the work of his senior.
 Minimum pension of the retired employ is 5250
 Working duration for the pension is 15 years.
 They warned employ 2 times and at 3rd time they fired out the employ .
