2- Getting candidates by coordinating with recruitment consultant, job fair and referrals

 Coordinate with company departments for publishing adverts in order to source
candidates and CV’s for timely completion of recruitment needs and upload the vacancies
in Oman Air website
 Source CVs by posting jobs on online and offline media, participating in recruiting events
and searching CV databases
 Pre-screen and shortlist suitable candidates for an interview
 Involved in scheduling shortlisted candidates for the interview /other assessments.
 Involved in issuing employment contracts.
 Prepare visa application forms, security clearance letters for Omanis and Expatriates, new
staff arrival forms and Pre- employment Medical letters.
 Open files for newly selected employees and communicate with them in order to finalize
their Joining formalities.
 Meet and assist new joiners.
 Understating of overall recruitment function.
Trained at Majan Electricity Company under Administration & Reservation Department: One
Month
 Arrange hotel bookings for staffs assigned to duty travel and Courses.
 Maintain a tracking system for electricity, water and phone company bills & ensure it paid
monthly.
 Maintain accurate records for any related matter to company property cars.
Trained at Royal Court Affairs (RCA) at Administrative &
Finance department 18/6/2011-17/8/2013
