April, 2010 - Present time: Ocean for Fresh Fish Company – HR Assistant Manager
 Interpret and explain Administrative Regulations, Personal Rules, Policies and Producers
to Department Management and Employees.
 Administer Recruitment Procedures.
 Formulate salary and Social Security Reports for Employees, regarding New Recruits,
Resignations etc.
 Develop and Administer Departmental Personal Procedures consistent with Personnel
Department Policies and services as departmental Liaison to Personnel Department.
 Recommends and Establishes Consistent Disciplinary Policies and Procedures in
accordance with the Jordan Labour Law.
 Monitor and Recommend Disciplinary and Termination letters and procedures.
 Work as a user on Sky Bayan software.
 Involved in performance appraisal coordination with managers.
 Supervise the work of the personnel officers.
