I like the idea that it will be upbeat the articles however I think that it should have a more formal tone to it

The competition would be bigger magazine that have a big name for the selfs this would be hard to stand
out from however I think if you make the genre more formal there is a gap in the market.

There is a danger with billboard magazine as it is very similar however you are targeting it at people with
less money but keeping the classy parts of it this would make it stand out.
