Major Duties & Responsibilities
. Design, implement & maintain the production program to meet customer requirements
• Provide technical guidance and training support to Department Managers.
-Perform Job Analysis, Job specification, Job descriptions in line with line managers
- Create an HR department from the ground up; implement policies and procedures, design of a
performance appraisal system, create an employee handbook, develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate /handles all employment contracts such as contract extension, changes, and
temporary
Short term contracts of the organization
- Serve as key contact person for Organization Benefits administrator for all employees.
- Leads and/or contributes to regional and local Recruitment & Selection projects, through the
Head of Service, to improve performance on Recruitment & Selection Services
-Lead and manage Recruitment & Selection services and staff for a period of time as required.
-Oversee workload distribution & all activities undertaken by Recruitment and Selection teams.
-Manage the day-to-day operations of Recruitment & Selection Service teams within the
organization and screening and short listing candidates for interviews.
-Assist and liaise with Mangers regarding the completion of administrative recruitment
processes.
-Manage and collate job applications and responses to all applicants within a timely manner
-Ensure non-discrimination working environment and process.
- Liaison between company and employees, setting leadership strategies and goals to meet
organizational needs.
-Handle labor relation issues through investigating complaints and recommend procedures and
solutions for compliance with labor laws.
-Control the management and recording of personnel administration matters such as leave,
retirement, payroll, transfer, recruitment, selection, promotion, disciplinary measures according
to labor law, documentation & archives, writing different letters & drafts, etc.
-Serve as a committee secretary of recruitment, Promotion, transfer minutes of the recruitment,
Promotion, transfer committee.
-Supervise the review of requests for personnel actions in compliance with laws, policies,
regulation, standards and practices.
-Dedicated service of allocated customers for Air & Sea-freight.
