• These include women, men and people
looking for magazines based on specific
hobbies.

cars, motorcycles, bikes, sports etc.
• They do also publish magazines targeted at
music enthusiasts/fans.
5. Would Bauer be suitable for publishing
my music magazine?
• YES:
• Although the company does produce 3 music
magazines, they do not currently produce a
teen-pop magazine, this means that it is not
something that is currently sold by Bauer and
would be new for them. They do not actually
publish any teenage magazines so my
magazine would bring a totally new audience
to their company.
6. Would Bauer be suitable for publishing
my music magazine?
• NO:
• They are not experienced with aiming magazines
at teenagers so would therefore need to do a lot
of research before really knowing what they need
to do to attract them. They also already publish 3
music magazines. Although this means they are
experienced in the subject, it could also mean
that the magazine will not be bringing anything
new to the company.
