To handle and resolve queries related to takeover of ATM – queries raised at the time of
takeover such as cash not received from the bank in proper TAT. To co-ordinate with
vendor and local branch bank coordinator as well as with RCC to resolve the problem
and arrange the cash for the takeover, to resolve the issue on long term basis that such
problems should not arise frequently.
Co-ordinate with vendors for arranging engineers to resolve the technical issues related
to ATM machines. Resolve them by following up continuously . If necessary arrange con-
call and solve issues by arranging conversation between company crew and vendor co-
coordinator.
Take follow up of new ATM takeover sites, arrange infrastructure by providing list and
addresses to local co-coordinators. Take follow up for arranging infrastructure and
manpower by help of local regional officers and other related people.
Keeping a strong and continuous follow up with field officer, if necessary to local couriers
for timely submission of BR to local Bank branch and completion of A/c opening
formalities for new takeovers.
