Presently working with Goltens India Private Ltd as Executive Sales (Reporting to
Managing Director) at its Corporate Office @ TTC, MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Goltens is a specialized repair service provider for marine Engines
From November 2014 till date
 Developing and implementing the sales and marketing objectives of the department.
 Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving
agreed business goals, including costs and sales.
 Develop & locate suitable vendors for arrangements of various logistics as well material
& man power requirement
 Pursue customer satisfaction measurement goals as established within the department.
 Create and monitor data base on suppliers and services vendors, to enable the
organization to provide wider range of services/supplies to the customers.
 Follow up of payments and Liaise and coordinate with Finance department regarding
payments.
 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as taxes, duties etc in close co-
ordination with Finance and Sales Managers.
 Perform any other relevant functions as assigned by the Managing Director and
concerned Sales Managers from time to time.
 Effectively market Goltens capabilities to target customers, developing relationships and
establishing profitable, long term service and/or trading relationships.
Worked with India Infoline Ltd @ Loan section at from September 2011 till March
2014 as Branch Manager
 Responsible for generating business for core products Property Loans & Gold Loans
 Cross selling of Insurance & Various Investment Bonds
 Ensure that proper internal control procedures with respect to Gold Loan/property
loan complied with.
 Responsible for generating new business, by arranging periodic business promotional
activities.
 Trained staff & new members of the sales force & monitored their performance
towards achievement of sales targets
 Educate them to identify fraudulent activities can be done internally as well as
externally.
 Ensure to avoid / minimize instances of loan becoming overdue.
 Track overdue accounts and take rigorous follow up with the customer to recover the
due amount.
 To visit customer periodically to check the address and maintain good customer
relation (dual purpose)
 To coordinate with recovery team for cases which are overdue since long
 To ensure minimize the NPA cases.
 Taking care of overall branch business and operations.
Worked with CMS Securitas Ltd for 4 months from Nov 2010 to March 2011 as
Officer Customer Relation at Belapur Head Office.
 To handle and resolve queries related to takeover of ATM – queries raised at the time of
takeover such as cash not received from the bank in proper TAT. To co-ordinate with
vendor and local branch bank coordinator as well as with RCC to resolve the problem
and arrange the cash for the takeover, to resolve the issue on long term basis that such
problems should not arise frequently.
 Co-ordinate with vendors for arranging engineers to resolve the technical issues related
to ATM machines. Resolve them by following up continuously . If necessary arrange con-
call and solve issues by arranging conversation between company crew and vendor co-
coordinator.
 Take follow up of new ATM takeover sites, arrange infrastructure by providing list and
addresses to local co-coordinators. Take follow up for arranging infrastructure and
manpower by help of local regional officers and other related people.
 Keeping a strong and continuous follow up with field officer, if necessary to local couriers
for timely submission of BR to local Bank branch and completion of A/c opening
formalities for new takeovers.
 Keeping track record of each and every follow up in required format as per the company
norms as well as by email communication.
 To coordinate with departmental head and other senior personalities as well as with
other operations staff for resolving rigorous issues.
Worked with Development Credit Bank Ltd, Kamothe (Panvel) branch, as
customer service executive. Worked from 7th May 2007 till 16th Sep 2009
 Handled cash desk
 Responsible for generating business for branch by cross selling of Bank basic products
like Current A/c Savings A/c Fixed Deposits
 Cross sale of other supporting products & third Party products like Property Loans &
Insurance, Mutual Funds etc.
