 Through review of bank statement of retail applications to ensure the accuracy to reflect exact
credit score which is paramount for the applicant credit limit.
 Providing the case evaluation to RMD for the final review after analyzing Customers Financials
as per UAE central bank policies related to DBR, other facilities / sales Ratio, Solvency ratios, &
Payment histories.
 Authorizing the Retail Products especially Credit Cards & Payday finances in system.
 Handling business & coordinator quires regularly & negotiating in a conservative manner.
 Review the accuracy of retail team members while inputting the data / information in system
(Talisma, T24 & V+)
 Regularly coordinating with interdepartmental colleagues.
 Card Operations for credit card queries (credit limit increase/decrease, card type change,
restricting credit limit of supplementary cards, staff cards & associated matters)
 Coordinating with Risk Management team & dealing with conformist manner.
 Keeping track records of all retail applications & coordinate with Credit Admin (CAD) for better
control & effective management / administration.
 Corresponding with IT for the improvement of central operation key operating system, It
includes accurate fields mapping between CRM Talisma & T24 Core banking system & additional
fields (if any) needs to be amended / created in either system, It includes preparation of
detailed CR for system upgrade (Talisma & T24)
 Preparing detailed MIS which reflect audit trail of each retail application.
 Review, analyze & development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Central Operations
 Dealing with staff assertively & guiding team more efficient ways of doing work.
ABU DHABI ISLAMIC BANK
POSITION: Unit Coordinator Sep 2012 till Sep 2014
Responsibilities:
 Evaluating banking processes & procedures to locate & alleviate possible bottlenecks/ frauds.
 To monitor the day to day activities of the IFE’s and ensure smooth run of business.
 Attending all meetings pertaining to the sales and policies of the bank.
 Taking minutes of meetings and issuing these to the team through MS Outlook email.
 Creating and amending meeting invitations on MS Outlook.
 Initial Review of the applications & documentations.
 Analyzing Bank statement & customer’s liabilities and DBR.
 Inter departmental Coordination with Credit Risk Management and Processing unit.
 Preparing and receiving documents for Courier delivery.
