             telephone companies, credit bureaus, or through the questioning of

 Maintaining strong relationship with customers by continuing updating
  them about various benefits of Merchant Banking by arranging seminar.
 Presenting various Assets performance & Class wise Risk Return analysis,
  Economy Industry Company analysis in Inflation & normal situation.
 Timely submission of Income Tax Return with proper tax guidelines &
  documentation, minimise tax burden by applying various techniques of
  exemptions.
 Special attention for Tax planning / implications in respect of employees
  remuneration & developing appropriate range of remuneration and then
  establishing guidelines for payment based on the performance.
 Timely submission of VAT & CST return with proper annexure for
  various categories like Registered Dealer, Unregistered Dealers & Sale to
  Govt.
 Maintaining all kind of Charges & receivable related with client’s
  Account tactfully i.e. Interest, operational expenses, Charge offs, Rewards
  etc. with Document Management Systems (DMS)
 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting
  and general ledger structure.
 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
 Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
 Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
 Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
 Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are
  performed in a timely and accurate manner.
 Supports budget and forecasting activities.
 Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support
  overall department goals and objectives.
 Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient
  procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of
  accuracy.
 Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting
  transactions.
 Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other
  finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special
  reporting requests and the like.
 Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit.
 Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting
  deadlines are met.
 Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and
  features to enhance the workflow of the department.
 Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
 Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism,
  performance issues, etc.
 Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each
  year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional
  development of staff.
 Support Controller with special projects and workflow process
  improvements.
 Preparing MIS for analytics & reporting and transformation solution
             deploys standardisation, centralisation and automation as the levers
             developing system for customers query settlement & immediate feedback.
           Generating Purchase & Sales Ledger Accounts, Processing daily
             transactions, Bank Reconcialltion Statement, Stock Reconciliation, Petty
             Cash Management, and Expenses tactfully for securing profitable
             business.
           Ensuring Budgets are strictly maintained. Maintain Account Receivable-
             Account Payable, General Ledger.
           Writing Debtors-Creditors status, generating Sales Report, Resolving
             various enquiries of Employees, Maintaining Fixed Assets Inventories and
             Postings of Cashbook Receipt & Payment.
           Preparing report & forecasting of the different aspect of Business like
             Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis & daily Registration of Purchase
             Invoices and Credit notes.
           Preparing of Nominal Ledger, Accrual Accounting, processing Invoices
             with corresponding Nominal Coding and Records Payment to the
             Purchase ledgers, Reconcile monthly Cheque reports, Supplier statements
             & Issue of Payment.
           Banking & Other Expenditure control through checking Recorded and
             Banked Remittances from customers.
           Credit control through Cashed payments & resolved queries from
             Customers and followed up outstanding queries on the Purchase invoices
             held for payment.
