Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each
year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional
development of staff.
Support Controller with special projects and workflow process
improvements.
3. Preparing MIS for analytics & reporting and transformation solution
deploys standardisation, centralisation and automation as the levers
developing system for customers query settlement & immediate feedback.
Generating Purchase & Sales Ledger Accounts, Processing daily
transactions, Bank Reconcialltion Statement, Stock Reconciliation, Petty
Cash Management, and Expenses tactfully for securing profitable

Ensuring Budgets are strictly maintained. Maintain Account Receivable-
Account Payable, General Ledger.
Writing Debtors-Creditors status, generating Sales Report, Resolving
various enquiries of Employees, Maintaining Fixed Assets Inventories and
Postings of Cashbook Receipt & Payment.
Preparing report & forecasting of the different aspect of Business like
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis & daily Registration of Purchase
Invoices and Credit notes.
Preparing of Nominal Ledger, Accrual Accounting, processing Invoices
with corresponding Nominal Coding and Records Payment to the
Purchase ledgers, Reconcile monthly Cheque reports, Supplier statements
& Issue of Payment.
Banking & Other Expenditure control through checking Recorded and
Banked Remittances from customers.
Credit control through Cashed payments & resolved queries from
Customers and followed up outstanding queries on the Purchase invoices
