Kyle – Slide one
Digital video to promote the college and media studies as a course. Highlighting the resources and
facilities around college. Main footage in the classroom. Other clips of refectory, library, etc. And
INTERVIEWS.
Tre – Slide two – target audience
Mainly 16 year olds who have just left high school, however up to 20 years old due to people
dropping out of college or retaking certain subjects. Short fast paced technique to keep our young
target audience engaged. Bright colours, etc.
Kyle – Slide Three – Resources
All our equipment and resources will be supplied by Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form college,
however if we were to be funding the project independently then we would have to look into
various factors such as budgets.
Tre – Slide four – Crew Requirements
State the members of the team (Alex, Kyle, Tre) Our roles vary throughout the production, for
example, on the interview scenes we will all be interviewed whilst the others film. Same technique
for editing. Due to us all attending college we do not need to hire anyone to carry out a role,
however here is an example of a typical wage for crew members. (picture on screen)
Kyle – Slide five – budget
On screen shows a couple of print screens from my unit 1 work which is a similar unit to what we are
doing now, the same equipment was needed therefore we will base our budget on this:
Tre – Slide six – Project Schedule
Part of assignment 2 was to create a product schedule for all of the tasks that this unit entails, below
is a print screen of my product schedule which breaks down the different tasks so I can easily read it
and keep track of my progress.
