We met with our client to update them on the progress of the production project. We have completed the initial filming and are now halfway through the editing process. We discussed any problems encountered during filming, such as obtaining permissions to film in certain areas, but that we were able to acquire most of the necessary footage. Our next steps will be to finish editing, test the project, and evaluate it according to the original project plan.

They decided to create a formal brief to inform the client. Team members were assigned sections to write: the meeting leader would write the subject, target audience, and legal considerations sections which would then be combined into a final brief.

MINUTES FROM CLIENT MEETING 26/03/2013 Chair: Kyle Mckendrick Apologies: Nobody Minutes by: Kyle Mckendrick Meeting started at: 11:30am Meeting ended at: 12.00pm Item Topic Action 1 Me and Tre will sit down with our client and explain the stage we are at in the production. Now we are at a good stage in the production we thought it would be a good idea to host a meeting with our client to keep him up to date with the project and to show the stage were at. 2 We will discuss any problems we may have and how we overcame them during this stage. We didn’t really have any problems to report to our client the only thing was the struggle of gaining some of our shots due to having to ask people for permission to be filmed, as we couldn’t really interrupt a whole class just to ask them if we can film a shot during their lesson. However we still managed to get the majority of the footage we needed. 3 We will discuss what we will do next. Now we are half way through the actual production we will discuss with the client how much more filming/editing is required, then we will discuss the different areas we have to complete by referring back to our project plan.
