The type of music genre I will be using for my music
magazine is POP.
I have chosen POP as it targets a mainstream
audience. This will give me a wider idea range so
allows me to target more people.
There are some Pop music magazine in the market
that age range is 10-14 and 17-20. I want to create
a magazine that hits the gap in the market for ages
15-17.

Some institution that might sell my magazine could
be…Prometheus, Immediate Media Company.
These company produce magazine such as
Billboard, Top of The Pops and Don’t Miss.

My magazine will be coving the up to date pop
music, the top 40 and new releases.
Interviews with band and sole singers that the
target audience will be interested in.

been released.
Fashion- what clothes are in this season. Where to
buy high fashion of a cheap cost.
Social media- new apps and updates
9. DOUBLE PAGE IDEAS
My double page spread will include a interview with
a band or sole singer that is about to either release
an album or go on tour. This will be promoting what
they are about to do and give inside information
about why they have decide to do this.
It will also include images of the band or singer with
a added poster. The image ratio will be 50:50 to
appeal to my target audience.
