 Carryout SOSO, attend shift meetings, prepare shift reports and doing
proper shift handover.

2.  Ensure normal operation of Sweet CPI, Sour CPI, Hot HPS cooler, Wax pit,
Sweet COC tank oil skimming, Waste oil tank oil receiving and transferring
and SDU, MSDU normal operation, spent caustic unit.
 Proactive monitoring of plant and equipment during surveillance rounds
and reports any deviation.
 Maintaining highest level of safety for personnel and equipment.
 Communicating to Panel Operator & Shift Supervisor regards relevant
changing conditions and situations in the field
 Prepare and execute Mechanical and Electrical Isolation (LOTO) in a safe

Position Commissioning Operator
 WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT – Received and to Treat 12,320
m3 / day. (2,464 m3 x 5 trains) of sewage from camp facilities. Monitoring &
controlled for Camp pumping station and Treatment plant utilizing by
SCADA.
 DEMINERALISED WATER PLANT (RO) - Produce 600 m3 / day of
Demineralise H2O to distribute Hydro test site facilities for Stainless steel
equipments.
 TEST WATER TREATMENT PLANT – Receive, Recycle and to Treat
2000 m3 / day of Hydro test water to site facilities. Regular monitoring of
doing site analysis of Conductivity, pH.
4. From 29 June 2005 to 23 October 2007

o Worked as STP Operator in Western Region Sewage Project at Marfa-STP.

Process outlook:
o Preliminary Treatment: Removal of floating material by step screen, bar
screen, macerator and removal of grit by detritor and grit elevator.
o Primary Treatment: Removal of Suspended and settable solids (65%),
reduction of BOD (55%) by primary settlement tank.

4. o Secondary (biological) Treatment: Reduction of BOD, COD, nutrient
removal by conventional and extended aeration activated sludge process and
by secondary settlement tanks.
o Tertiary Treatment: Removal of suspended solids, reduction of BOD, NH3
by filtration and chlorination, disinfections by using pre and post chlorine
injection.
o Odor Control: Removal of H2S gas by wet scrubber system using sodium
hydroxide (Noah) and sodium Hypo Chlorite (NaOCl) and maintaining ORP
and PH values as per requirement
