FTHP & STHP Test separator handling. Test of Expansion joint, SSSV and Gas Lift Mandrel,
Annulus Holdup Test for Sliding Side Door. Start up of dead well. Well equalizing and Annulus

CRUDE OIL SEPARATION
 Operation of Two Phase and Three Phase Separator (H.P, M.P, L.P )
 Monitor the plant parameters and ensure that working properly.
 Adjust the LIC, PIC, TIC and FIC setting points as per control room instructions.
 Handover the equipments to inspection and maintenance.
 Taking necessary actions when the abnormalities occurring in plant equipments.
 Changeover the rotating equipments as per duty roaster.
 Make sure the process safeguarding systems are healthy in local panels.
 Daily checking of panel switches status and ensure that no one
 Isolate and De-isolate the equipments for maintenance according to the authorized
isolation certificate.
 Checking the critical valves as per LO/LC valve register and update it monthly.
 Continuous equipments monitoring during calibration and corrective maintenance of
process safeguarding system and Fire and gas system.
 Checking the chemical injection pumps and calibrate as per control room record.
Water Injection Unit
 To inject high pressure treated water to the reservoir for maintains the well pressure
 This unit designed to inject high pressure water into the well for maintaining level. Pump
type 54 stages
 Lube oil level maintain and RPM settings
 Centrifugal pump normal discharge pressure is 180Kg/cm2, Plant capacity -18000m3/day.

4. Pigging Operation;
 Pig Launching in Oil Production line, Water Injection and power fluid line
 Pig Receiving in Oil Production line, Water Injection and power fluid line
 Using Bi-Di brush and Bi-Di batch pig
 Biocide Injection during pigging

Fire & Safety:
 Have completed H2S Entry/Escape course and hazardous chemical handling.
 Knowledge of fire and Safety System, Deluge Valve, Sprinkler System, Monitors,
Hydrants.
 Experience in the operation of Fire Extinguishers like Foam, DCP, CO2, Operation
usage of fire suit preparation and hot work and familiar with breathing apparatus
