 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT SITE:-
 Operating and maintaining specialized Frac equipments including blenders, Gel Pro Mountain
Mover, Frac pumps and data monitoring equipment.
 Perform regular pre-trip and post trip of all operating equipment.
Perform regular safety meeting amongst the crew to review JSA's for a set unit at location,
laying out of setting unit, and risk assessment, after acquiring explanation from access control
at rig site with Customer.
 Explain and review SOP, JSA, MSDS, HSE, and job troubleshooting / action plan if abnormal
conditions occur during job performance with all crew personnel, engineers and customer.
 Assist in rig-up and rig-down and mobilization of equipment.
 Run blender/High pressure pumps/Gel Pro and chemicals for jobs based on the customized
design and need. As a Blender operator I control the flow of sand and chemicals including the
density of fluids to the high Pressure manifold, which goes down the well. I also bring about
change by flushing the LA/Waukesha pumps so that I can keep them clean from the gel,
chemicals, etc.
 I also fuse out the high and low pressure manifolds at the end of each and every job.
 As a Pump Operator, I monitor pressure gauges, perform gear shifting during high pressure
pumping of the job, re-pack/re-assemble seat valve sand fluid end pickings if needed before
and after jobs to ensure that the equipment is well maintained and always in proper working
condition.
 Perform regular bucket test on blender/Gel Pro using the LA/Waukesha pumps.
Maintain the Fracturing Blender, including: review of transmission fluid levels, road engine

2. and hydraulics. Clean and check the panels for leaks and hydraulics.
Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
 I have also assisted with training new employees on equipment maintenance and operations.

 Never Reach inside Operating Pump Never Run Pump Against closed valve and all discharge
valve closed and stop pump operation before attempting repairs
 Properly lock-out or disconnect main power source to the pump before conducting
inspection ,maintenance or repair.
 Completely bleed all pressure from fluid end before attempting maintenance or repair.
 Check oil pressure ,check stripper box packing, check discharge pressure ,check for oil leaks

system.

 FUEL GAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Sweated gas come from plant is separated and used
for plant firing, blanketing gas and flaring system. Two types of fuel gas used in the plant.
High pressure and low pressure fuel gas , high pressure fuel gas is pre-heated by preheater
and used in gas turbine and low pressure is directly used in boiler firing and flare system.
 FLARE AND INCINERATOR SYSTEM:-Flare used for plant and equipment safety from all
equipment psv and pressure controls valves to relief gas to flare all gas from flare header
and separator liquid to knock out drum and sent gas to flare for burning with pilot flame at
top. Incinerator used for environmental safety for burning of waste gas burning with
blowed air in bottom of incinerator with pilot LPG.
 UTILITY OPERATIONS:-Operating a Nitrogen Plant with capacity 100 CFM with the purity
0.1% of oxygen.
 Operating Heater, compressors, Pumps.
 Servicing Compressors, pumps as per the schedule and running hours.
 Maintaining the hand hover book including the field readings regularly. And hand
