Copyright/licensing fees Agree I can confirm that I am aware of the rules about
copyright free music and paying for license fees. I
would go back and amend my work by writing in
my legal and ethical section on task 9&10 about
these rules that affect copyright music and that I
would have to pay t use music that is licensed.
Issues arising about
police cover-up
Agree I would go back and write a section about the
effect this could have and what I would do,
mainly I would say how I would need to keep the
themes basic as I don’t want to convey a negative
image of the police to the public and expanding
more on the themes of this could case that to
happen.
OFCOM/Proposed
scheduling
Agree I need to talk about OFCOMrules and how my
show is at 4pm which is not the usual time
younger audiences listen to radio. This will be
something I will go back and address so that I can
talk about how I think the time is appropriate as
kids will be getting back from school and will then
be bale to listen to it then. Also I need to mention
that the show itself will need to be suitable for
younger listeners at the 4pm time as this time
slot is different to early morning slots.
Planning – equipment Agree I will go back and mention that the hardware I
need is things like a hard drive, the zoom mic etc.
and the software I need is Audacity and
Garageband.
Planning – security Agree I will go back and talk about how I can make sure I
save my work every 10 minutes and I will use a
hard drive to keep a backup copy of all my work
safe along with using it when transferring work
across to different Mac’s.
Planning – other issues Agree I will talk about how I made sure I had enough
time to draft my idea and finish retain and editing
it. I will need to show the time I started my work
(initial broadcast date) and then add the times
into my contingency plan so that it shows I am
ready and have a backup incase things go wrong.
