2. FOTOSINTESIS
Fotosintesis adalah suatu proses
pembuatan atau pembentukan makanan
yang dilakukan oleh tumbuhan, terutama
tumbuhan yang mengandung zat hijau
daun, yaitu klorofil dengan bantuan
bantuan energi cahaya matahari.
Reaksi : 6𝐶𝑂2 + 6𝐻2𝑂 → 𝐶6𝐻12𝑂6 + 6𝑂2
3. Dimanakah tempat
terjadinya fotosintesis?
Tempat proses fotosintesis
berlangsung di daun, tepatnya di sel
tumbuhan bernama Kloroplas. Sel-
sel ini mengandung klorofil. Dalam
prosesnya, karbondioksida di udara
masuk melalui stomata di daun.
4. STRUKTUR DAUN
• Sebagian fotosintesis terjadi di
lapisan palisade.
• Pertukaran gas 𝐶𝑂2 dan
𝑂2 terjadi saat stomata yang
dikelilingi oleh sel penjaga
terbuka pada bagian bawah
daun.
5. • Terdiri dari dua lapis membran bagian dalam
• Bagian yang tebal disebut tilakoid. Kumpulan
tilakoid disebut granum.
• Stroma adalah cairan yang mengelilingi tilakoid
STRUKTUR KLOROPLAS
6. KLOROFIL
• Terletak di membran tilakoid
• Klorofil memiliki 𝑀𝑔+
di bagian tengah
• Pigmen klorofil memperoleh energi
(foton) dengan cara mnyerapnya pada
panjang gelombang tertentu (blue-420
nm dan red-660 nm yang paling efektif).
• Tanaman berwarna hijau karena Panjang
gelombang berwarna hijau dipantulkan,
tidak diserap.
7.
8. PIGMEN
● Klorofil A merupakan pigmen
fotosintesis paling penting.
● Pigmen ini tenggelam dalahm membran
kloroplas yang disebut fotosistem.
● Pigmen lain yang terdapat di daun :
a. Klorofil B
b. Karotenoid (orange/merah)
c. Xantofil (kuning/coklat)
10. DAY VS NIGHT PROCESS
REAKSI TERANG REAKSI GELAP
Merupakan tahap sintesis dari
fotosintesis. Menangkap energi
matahari untuk mengubah energi
kimia menjadi gula.
Reaksi yang memerlukan
cahaya. Cahaya diserap oleh
pigmen.
11. REAKSI TERANG
Reaksi terang membutuhkan cahaya
dan terjadi di membrane tilakoid.
• Membutuhkan cahaya dan air.
• Dibentuk molekul penyimpanan
energi (ATP dan NADPH).
• Oksigen merupakan produk
sampingan fotosintesis
13. • Fotosistem I menangkap foton. Hal itu mengakibatkan elektron di dalamnya
tereksitasi.
• Terbentuk ion H+, elektron, dan O2. Kemudian, O2 akan dilepaskan ke udara.
• Elektron hasil pemecahan molekul air masuk dalam fotosistem II, lalu diterima
oleh akseptor elektron.
• Elektron diangkut menuju kompleks sitokrom, sehingga terjadi peningkatan
energi. Energi tersebut digunakan untuk mengubah ADP menjadi ATP.
• Elektron dari sitokrom diangkut menuju fotosistem I, lalu ke akseptor elektron
berikutnya.
• Elektron akan diterima oleh senyawa NADP. Hal ini mengakibatkan terikatnya
ion H+ hasil fotolisis air oleh NADP. Pengangkutan elektron inilah yang disebut
transpor elektron nonsiklik.
• Elektron dari fotosistem I akan diangkut menuju akseptor elektron menuju
kompleks sitokrom lalu kembali lagi ke fotosistem I. Proses ini berlaku jika
kebutuhan ATP kurang mencukupi.
