FACILITIES/MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Applications are invited for suitably qualified candidates
to fill the position of Property Services Manager at the
Fort Young Hotel, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica.
The Job
A diverse and interesting Property Services Management position ensuring the
hotel’s buildings, grounds, equipment and other assets are properly
maintained and secured to the required standard and in a manner responsive
to guest satisfaction. This will be achieved primarily through planned
preventative maintenance and repairs, an effective security operation and
compliance with health, safety and related regulations.
The Property Services Manager reports to the General Manager and is
responsible for leading a team and conducting training for all relevant staff. As
Property Services Manager you will control Department costs in line with
budget for both the maintenance and security departments, and you will
manage all on-site contractors. Additionally, you will proactively plan for
site
capital replacements and ensure schedules are in place and consistently
monitored.
The Person
As Property Services Manager it is essential that you have an in

knowledge of health & safety regulations with regards to maintenance and
