NOTE TO PPC: To save time during the meeting, this tentative plan is prepared in advance. Feel free to

The ENVIRONMENT RALLY consists of2 parts:
First part: Walk for environment
The participants (all faiths) ofeach community will gather at a designated spotata specified
time with pre-prepared eco-friendly all language banners/placards in your respective areas.
Dress code may be decided by the animators. Please time the rally in such a way that you
will reach the church entrance between 5 to 5.30 PM. Procession duration mustbe at least
half an hour to one hour, so that the message is conveyed to as many people as possible.
Few guidelines:
1] As announced in the church, this year, the theme for the rally will be SAVE AAREY COLONY. Therefore, the
slogans on placards/banners (all language and creative) should be preferably,on this theme (can also be general
on environment).
2] To bear the part ofbanner/placard cost, parish will give an amount ofRs 500/- to each SCC. The SCC will be
eligible for this amount only if enlists 50 to 60 members who join the WALK FOR ENVIRONMNET RALLY, and
stay back for the STAGE PRGRAMME till the end. (see consolidated entry form)
3] To make sure that you have 50-60 participants, attendance will be taken as you enter the church gate at the
end ofprocession.
4] Our prayer hall can accommodate about6-700 members. Ifless than 14 SCCs (50 nosx14 SCCs=700 nos)
give their entries, you will be informed on whatsapp after receiving all entries by 26th Feb. The SCCs who would
like to enlist a few more (more than 60 already enlisted) may send their final nos on whatsapp, after 27th Feb.
5] After finalising the nos, PPC members will collectthe setofsnack coupons from parish office (2/3 days before
rally. A message will be sentwhen coupons are ready).
6] Since SAVE AAREY COLONY is a current issue in the news, if you know some media people, you can invite
them to give some media coverage. INVITATION LETTERS are available with Fr Felix
7] Last date to submitthe CONSOLIDATED ENTRY FORM (attached) is 26th Feb.
