So far rank sequence are: SCCs 14 and 18 are on the top and tie for rotating trophy, 2nd – SC 9, 3rd – SC 17; 4th

2] ENTRY FOR STAGE ITEM:
Few guidelines:
1] All 18 SCC groups can put up your items (even those who have not yet started the ECO KIDS CLUBS).
2] The theme should be centered around ENVIRONMENT, if possible connect itto SAVE AAREY COLONY. The
item can be an action song, skit, streetplay, role play, musical, dance or combination etc.
3] Timing for each item 7 to 10 minutes
4] As an eco-friendly measure, avoid use ofcostly costumes.Creative/eco-friendly costumes may be used
5] Though you can take any kids/elders from your SCC, it is good to give preference to ECO KIDS as they
regularly participated in the ECO KIDS activities ofthe year.
6] There should be minimum 8 participants. More are surely welcome.
7] Any language may be used, preferably Hindi, Marathi etc as there will be a good nos ofvernacular speaking
audience. To getacross the message, clarity/loudness ofvoice is important.
8] As there will be a crowd ofabout 700, the quality and the message ofyour stage item mustbe up to the mark.
You are free to take online help or even take volunteer help from professionals
9] To make the STAGE PROGRAMME sweetand short (roughly 2 hours - 6 to 8 pm), only 5 bestitems will be
given chance to perform on the rally day.
9] The elimination (and rehearsal) of stage items will be held on (tentatively) Monday, 27th Feb. Bro. Allen team
from Goregaon seminary will be asked to be the judges and choose the best5 items for the rally day. After
getting suggestions for changes improvements from judges,you have one more week to give final touches.
10] During the coming Sunday (12th Feb), official ECO KIDS CLUB area meeting, you will plan out the item. This
will be the official projectfor the month. (ref. feedback for Feb.)
11] After initial planning, kids may have to come for practices more often till final performance. Justas an
appreciation for the efforts of kids, collect Rs 500/- from the parish for refreshment expenses during the practices.
