1. SUNDAY APRIL 24, 2016 @ 7.30 PM IN THE AV HALL
Note: Heads of following parish groups are requested to make the list of names of active core
group members (animators) and active assn/cell members respectively whohave voluntarily
and actively served in various church ministries during this year (15-16).
Please submit the list of names in the parish office by coming Sunday, 10th April, 2016, along
with a short report for the year. The names needed well in advance to make the final list as
some members appear in more than 1 group. The final list will be put on the church notice
board on the following Sunday, 17th April along with the formal invite.
The heads expected togive the names of their active members are:
1. SCC coordinators
2. Parish choir – youth/adults
3. Spiritual group
4. Legion of Mary
5. Konkani sodality/Lectors
6. SVP
7. Eucharistic Ministers
8. Sunday Catechists
9. PYC (youth cell)
10.Religious sisters
Following are the suggested portfolios to help to make the APPRECIATION DAY a
communitarian activity . Suggestions for improvement are welcome.
