3. Call Script
“Hello [Customer’s Name], This is [Deliverer’s Name] from honestbee. We will
be delivering your order within the next [ETA] min. Please help to ensure that
there will be someone home to receive and acknowledge the delivery. Thank
you.”
Picking Up Orders:
1. Ensure
• order number on Delivery Bee App & on the bag is the same
• number of bag(s) tally with what is shown on the Delivery Bee App
• content(s) in the bag(s) tally with what is shown on the Delivery Bee App
2. Deliverers must inform customers that their order is on the way to their location using
ETA SMS template provided in the Delivery Bee app

4. Delivering Orders:
 Accept all orders after being assigned
 2 mins to accept the order
 10 – 14 mins to get to merchant store and start delivery
 12 mins to deliver to customer
 Provide professional and exemplary service to all honestbee customers
 Do not solicit customers for cash or with other services
 No smoking during delivery, especially while riding or when handling orders
 Ensure that customers signs off upon receiving the order (Do not attempt to
forge customer’s signature)
 Greet and thank customers with a smile

5. Completing Orders:
1. Deliver within 28-45mins
2. Select either “Success” or “Delivery Fail”
3. Get customer to sign against their name in the Delivery Bee App
4. Show fulfilled items list upon customer’s request

the honestbee app
** If nobody is around, get permission to leave from the Coordinator first before leaving.
Make sure you have dropped a text to customer and waited for 5 minutes.
