6. Complications
Can customers change their orders?
Yes, customer are allowed to add more / give less
items, or change the service selected. For the
latter, just use the correct colour bag and label it.
Ensure that all discrepancies are noted in the
Laundry App in the Comments section.
Items not supported
We currently do not wash curtains, carpets, soft
toys, bags or shoes
Carpets / rugs should not be mistaken for floor
mats which are only as wide as your door
Customers don’t know which service they need
Collect items in a black / white bag
On the sticker, under ‘ Type of Service’ indicate
PLEASE ADVISE
Reassure customer that a specialist will advise
the recommended service
Customer is not at home for Pickup / Delivery
Inform your coordinator
Wait for 5 mins before flagging CNA
Close the order on the app
For deliveries, pass order back to sweeper to
be brought back to the warehouse

1 Sign up for an account or click on ‘Login’ if
you already have an account

Select the hub(s) you are in3
Click on the add button. Repeat steps 3 and
4 if you have more than one hub
Sweeper may select “All Orders” and select
their own name from the drop down list, this
will filter all orders that they need to collect

Collect from Customer = Pickup
Orders owned by me = Orders you picked
up
Collect from Drivers = Pickup dirty laundry
from drivers (sweeper)
Collect from Factory = Pickup orders from
factory (sweeper) or pickup orders from
driver for delivery

9. Once you have picked up the
order from the customer,
a) click on the eye icon
b) update the number of
bags
c) record any
discrepancies in the
items collected and
the items ordered by
the customer, and any
special requests from
the cx
d) click on ‘Confirm
Pickedup’ once the
customer has signed
off

10. Go to menu, select S-Collect from Factory
Clear and Add hub(s) into your list
Collect laundry from driver, refer to
Delivery App for your order number
Check carefully that you have picked up
the correct items before leaving
