You can register as a seller with only PAN, but you will not be eligible to sell the product. But when you will
provide us the TIN/VAT , you can start selling with indiarush.com
6. Does IndiaRush.com sell Outside India?
No, IndiaRush.com does not sell outside India.

You can sell product in the following categories: Women Ethnic Wear, Women Footwear, jewellery, women
handbag and Women’s western wear.
2. Do you have Listing Charges?
Currently we do not have any listing charges
3. How do I list my Products on IndiaRush.com and under whose Brand Name?
Once your registration process is complete our team will co-ordinate and ask you to send us the catalog for
listing on our portal. You will also be given access to our seller panel from where you can upload the product.
Your product will be listed in your brand name only.
4. Will IndiaRush.com help in taking Photo shoot of my Products?
No, IndiaRush.com will not provide any assistance in photo shoot right now.
5. Whether I will get the assistance in fulfilling the very first order ?
Yes , Our Seller Support Team will call and assist you over the entire fulfillment of the very first order.
4. 1. How do I manage my Orders on IndiaRush.com?
You can manage your orders through our seller dashboard which very user friendly. Whenever a customer
places an order, we send you an e-mail alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch
within the time frame provided by you. This will alert our logistics partner to pick up the product from you.
2. Do I need to send Invoice to the Customer?
No, there is no need to generate invoice from your side to customer . You just have to paste IndiaRush.com
Shipment label on the packet.
3. How do I print a Shipment Label?
You will be provided seller dashboard and you can download the shipment label from the panel and
attached it on the packet.
4. Does IndiaRush.com provide Packaging Material?
No, IndiaRush.com does not provide the packaging material, you can use your packaging material.
5. How will you know that I have given any Order to IndiaRush.com's Courier?
At the time of handover the packet to the courier boy , you will have to take the signature and phone
number on the manifest of that courier pick up boy.
6. How long does it take for my Order to be Delivered?
It depends on the delivery area, but it takes maximum 5 to 7 days.
5. 1. What is your Return Policy?
Customer can generate the return request within 15 days after it receives the order and you
can accept the return within 45 days from the date of return request generate.
2. What if a buyer wants to return something after 15 Days?
If buyer wants to return order after 15 days then our team will check the reason for return, if it
will be a genuine reason than we will accept the return but customer will get a grace of 2 days.
3. Will I get money if My Order is Damaged or Lost in Transit?
Yes, you will get the money if your product will be lost or order is damaged in transit.
4. If I receive a Wrong Product as Return, what should I do?
Yes, you can claim the refund but you have to proof that you had shipped the right product.
5. When will receive the payments.
You will get the payment via NEFT or cheque. You will get the payment of one month delivered
order in the end of the next month
