3. PROBLEM
I want my users to be able to configure their atmail
accounts via IMAP with their iOS device.
ENVIRONMENT
•On-Premise Server + WebMail Installations:
Version 6.0 > Current Version
•Webmail Only Installations: Version 6.0 > Current
Version
CAUSE
Requirement for iOS device configuration.

4. To connect your atmail account to your iOS
device via IMAP you will need the following:
•Email Address
•Email Password
•WebMail login page URL.

5. • Go into the Settings icon.
• Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

6. •Select Add Account.
•Select Other.

7. •Select Add Mail Account.
•Under New Account add the following:
Enter in your Name: atmail test
Enter your Email
Address: atmailtest@domain.com
Enter a Description: atmail IMAP account
•Select Next.
•Enter Account Details

8. Under Incoming Mail Server add
the following:
Host Name: mail.domain.com
User
Name: atmailtest@domain.com
Password: Account Password
Under Outgoing Mail Server, add
the following:
Host Name: mail.domain.com
User
Name: atmailtest@domain.com
Password: Account Password
