A chestnut brown haired naive boy sat in the gloomy shadow of his cabin. The delicate spring air
wafted the smoky smell of fresh cut grass into a sharply pointed nose and put his mind to ease. He
felt his bare feet touch against the damp tender soil as the silver glow of the moonlight spilled from
the sky upon the pages of his book. Lost in the adventure of thought he had almost escaped reality
until the sound of his father's heavy unsteady footsteps rushed into his ears. Immediately in shock,

The disturbing fact is that some of them start these paradise camps as young as eight years old. This
is not only sad but it also shows how society is accepting of teaching kids that it is okay to blow

because a typical day at the laboratory can include heating, pouring, and mixing dangerous

students with these hazards and the risk grows exponentially. Two students from Texas Tech
discovered exactly what can happen when using these dangerous chemicals. On January 7th, 2010,
both graduate students, one senior and one freshman, were working on a research project funded by

hydrazine perchlorate (NHP) and its derivatives in an attempt to further advancements in detecting
explosive materials and, although the lab instructor did give warning about use and production

brought onto the students.1 This accident could have been prevented had proper supervision

Aria and Layla thankfully remembered what they had looked like. The main things was that Clayton
and Oaklee had mud on their shoes which left their tracks. Aria and Layla followed the tracks to

Synthesis
There I was, sitting on a conveyer belt with a blob of chocolate on top of me. Waiting for the melted
shell to pour over me to be wrapped and eaten. I see all my friends. Sitting there with just as much
chocolate on their heads too. I think about when we go our separate ways. My friend Bill got taken

Today has been the worst day ever. I can't move, I lost my friends, no one would talk to me, I don't
