• A Senior turnaround consultant with international experience.
Joined ABB 1990 HQ in Milan, for 6 years then ABB Egypt holding
prior to becoming a specialized consultant in several projects
sponsored by the EU/EC-European Commission, the IFC/WB, the
UNDP, CIDA, EBRD and other funding agencies for the developing
of industries and government agencies.
• Over 20 years of Strategy, Corporate Development, Governance
and Business Process re-engineering
• More than 4 year during studies in the field of Offshore Oil
Exploration administrating functions related to the rig-floors
administration from people to assists moving from to the rig floor
, drilling information, service company information and other
issues related to drilling and communication / coordination
between drilling rig and all stakeholders – also transportation
from / to rig floor including helicopter, tugboats..

the Ministry of Health in Egypt. The project was about;

Morocco in the health insurance and the relevant processes and
information system used
