 Hassan El-Meligy, is a senior turnaround consultant
with international experience working in several
industries. Joined ABB HQ in Milan, Italy supporting
company sites nationwide then moved to ABB
Egypt holding before becoming a specialized
consultant working in several projects sponsored by
the EC-European Commission, the IFC/WB, the
UNDP, CIDA and other funding agencies for the
developing of industries and government agencies.
 Mr. Meligy has more than 15 years in Business and
Information / telecommunication Technology Field
with focus on Strategic Planning, Management and
Business Process Re-Engineering / Automation
Alignment and Process Architect.

Restructuring
 Health Insurance Organization is the legal health
insurance arm of the Ministry of Health in Egypt. The
project was about;
 Strategic Restructuring the HIO,
 Modeling the business processes of the HIO business
cycle
 Providing an international comparative study
between Egypt, Turkey and Morocco in the health
insurance and the relevant processes and information
system used
 Help refining the information technology strategy to
cope with the changes

 Using Business Intelligence to data mine the situation of labor in
the governorate
