Front cover final piece
1. 5) The latest changes made are the introduction of
the ‘OMAM’ circle with the image and ‘Luke Clarke’.
The main cover line has been added with the artist’s
name. ‘Luke’ has been made smaller and tilted
vertically as this has been used in an Indie/folk
magazine whichisalsomyinspiration. The fact ‘Luke’
issmallermayconnote the genre of indie/folk as it is
unique as they are not equally sized and also may
portray the characters personality. The addition of
anotherfeature article is used by adding an image of
the leader singer of the group ‘Of Monsters and
Men’. I have coveredthe textunderneaththe picture
and partly the image as well by the circle tool. The
circle gives the text and image as rounded off and
professional look. The use of image also makes the
magazine front cover less simple and livelier as the
audience are presented with more than one thing to
lookforward to. I have also used to blending options
‘outer glow’ to give the image a green outline which
again applies to the green house colour use. Luke
Clark’s text has also used ‘outer glow’ to make the
text stand out and give it a bold look. The paint
bucket tool is used once more to colour ‘Luke’ in
burgundy colour similar to the folk patterns to keep
the house colourschemessimple usingonthe colours
of Black, green, white and burgundy.
