Question 1: Answered powerpoint and slideshare. This is a proficient answer
detailing how conventions have been used. Good comparison to What We Do In
The Shadows. This is answer would have benefited from more varied examples.
Question 2: Answered using word and slideshare. A proficient answer going into
good detail about representation of social groups using props, body language and
costume.
Question 3: Answered using prezi. Metrodome identified as a suitable distribution
company for this film. Good reasons given as to why, backed up with good
examples. Funny or Die also mentioned as a good production company to use –
great addition.
Question 4 and 5: Answered proficiently using word, slideshare and hand-drawn
mind map/poster. Question 4 is covered using a hand-drawn avatar. Good
explanation of who your audience would be, this could be expanded more using
social scales. Question 5 is covered proficiently using feedback from class tasks
and own questionnaire. Results for class feedback task are displayed visually via
the poster but could be analysed more. There is no analysis of the questionnaire
data.
Question 6: Answered using emaze. An proficient answer showing all the
technologies you have used in a visual way. Some good reflections of strengths
and weaknesses for each piece.
Question 7: Answered using vodcast. Proficient reflections on your progression
from preliminary task to final film opening
Candidate has used proficient skill in the use of digital technology and ICT in the
evaluation. Proficient ability to communicate throughout. Overall a proficient body
of work, well done.
