The new product – YP Leads shall be a leads based product for Advertisers with the budget of
$1,000/month to $10,000/month and provide dedicated campaign manager. The KPIs that I defined
were No of Leads delivered, Churn %, Fulfillment time, etc. And the most important KPI was to
fulfill the campaign & deliver the leads to meet the expectations set at the point of sale. We tracked
this as the % of Advertiser accounts that are on target for lead delivery, Traffic Acquisition Costs
(TACs) and Delta between # of actual leads delivered from the # of expected leads. My task was to

incarcerated. This paper will delve into and examine this problem and how it is closely linked to
private prisons and the issues surrounding them. While private prisons claim to be cost effective and
well–run, evidence has shown that these profit–driven companies ignore ethical consequences by
purposefully lengthening prisoners' sentences, target certain groups for incarceration and maintain
despicable living standards for the prisoners; ultimately, these prisons have caused more harm than
good for the state.
