The process for retrieving your result sheet(s) is:
Access Humanities J: Drive (Shared Drive)
Click on Divisional Folder
Click on Student Services Template
Click on your relevant Faculty
Click on relevant school/area
Click on the result sheet(s) that you require
After entering the grade and mark details (see attached for recording of results), please forward
the result sheet(s) via email (as an attachment) to the Humanities Staff Enquiries email: Hum-
HSSC Staff Enquiries. In this way staff within this office can then upload your result sheet into
S1. As we can only upload one copy of the result sheet, could you please ensure that if there is
more than one tutor for the unit, that Humanities Student Services only receives one copy of the
Result Sheet to upload. Please do not send result sheets to individual staff within this office as
there is no guarantee that your result sheet(s) can be processed.
Please note that it is essential we have all results submitted to HSSO by no later than Tuesday 24
November so that staff can complete uploading result sheets and the processing of Collation
Sheets to forward to you before your Board of Examiners. Results not submitted by this date will
not show on the Collation Sheets and therefore may need to be entered manually at the Board of
Examiners which can be time consuming and cause unnecessary delays.
