Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) to obtain targeted leads for specific real estate new condominium projects.
Achieved an excellent Return-on-Revenue of $3.60 per dollar spent/cost.
Dominated free Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for both Google searched keywords and Youtube
searched keywords for specific new and resale condominium generic high level keywords and long tailed

keywords for all parts of the property buying cycle throughout Singapore for more than 20
condomimium projects and all are still ranking till date. Received up to 5-10 unsolicited in-bound buyers
calls daily direct from free SEO search results. Dominated page one google search results ranking for
keywords “Firesale Property Singapore” for 5 years till present.
Ran successful Facebook advertisement campaign to generate prospective property buyers leads from
three targeted Countries, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Achieved page one ranking of Google search results for website and Youtube videos within 30 minutes
from start of uploading video to Youtube and publishing live the video. Developed and uses a personal
google page one ranking system to optimise for such ranking results. This 30 minutes ranking is
repeatable every time.
Achieved page one ranking of Google search result for keywords for Facebook business and fan pages
and posts. Developed and uses a personal system to optimise SEO for Facebook page ranking results.
Shocking but true. I do not spend at all on Straits Times classified advertisement nor do I own any paid
property portal accounts like Property Guru like 100% of the rest of the real estate agents do. As I am
able to get free and direct sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants leads and in-bound calls/listings from
my own Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) efforts and results from Google, Facebook and Youtube all for
free (all ranked and searchable on page one on these three biggest platforms and sources of traffic).
