New Professional Audio Systems, Accra August 2012 - Present
Marketing Executive/Showroom Officer
 Determination of the prices of our products for all our five centres in consultation with the
Employer.
 The sole negotiator on behalf of my Employer and Frontier Capital (a financial institution) for
clients who want to buy on hire purchase. This is an initiative I proposed to my employer and has
worked since sales have increased by 50%.
 Ensuring that all products imported into the country by my Employer meet all the specification
as outlined in the contract before it’s placed in the warehouse.
 Attending to clients inquiries and constantly ensuring that all products that are purchased are
properly installed and the appropriate after sales service is provided for them.
 Actively using the system of telemarketing to get feedback from clients and also to sustain
existing clients and potential clients who may have come to window shop.
 Supervise the activities of the other salesmen.
 Ensuring the speedy payment of other purchases that are made through other modes of payment
other than the hire purchase.
 Attend to customer needs, ensure that the products they need are readily made available and
assign the right sound engineer to do the setup for the client.
 Ensuring prompt payments of monies owed by debtors on the Hire Purchase System.
Major Achievements
 Through a finance deal with frontier capital & SIC Ltd I initiated, a forty footer container full of PA
systems and accessories was sold in a space of 8 months.
 Increased customer base by 40% between 2013 to 2014 due to good customer relation built
 I achieved an increase in discounts given to Cash sales by 10% in 2014.
