This lesson plan aims to teach 1st and 2nd grade students the parts of a house in English. It includes 3 activities: 1) students label a diagram of a house with missing vocabulary words and answer questions, 2) students describe objects in different rooms of a house using prepositions of place, and 3) students draw their own house map and label the rooms. The lesson uses a PPP approach with presentation, practice, and production stages and incorporates visuals, cooperative work, and writing skills development.
