WAUSAU PAPER 1991 - 2014
Vice President | Sales & Marketing (2007 – 2014)
Led Sales, Marketing, Brand, Revenue Management, and Customer Service teams to develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM)
strategies. Established a multi-discipline, cross-functional Brand Leadership Structure to align the organization towards unified
implementation of strategy and achievement of long-term value. Drove strategy development, communication and implementation for a
$210M capital expansion, resulting in two successful product line introductions into the marketplace.
• Facilitated an innovative product line awarded Most Innovative Product of the Year Award by RISI.
• Restructured the sales team and value creation proposition, honing master brand and product portfolio messaging.
• Established and led the analytics team, improving sales operations, forecasting, revenue management, and scheduling.
• Grew new lines at a sustained pace of 40% by creating brand and sales structures that enabled an accelerated growth profile.
• Successfully implemented a Spin Selling methodology and Salesforce.com CRM, enhancing the distribution customer value proposition
and improving end-buyer sales productivity.

Director of Sales | Strategic Accounts & Southern Zone (1997 – 2007)
Accountable for conceiving, developing and leading the Strategic Account Group while simultaneously leading the Southern Group.
Developed and introduced new direct end user sales positions that led to national implementation.
• Facilitated growth with the company’s largest strategic account from $5M to $45M in annual revenue.
• Spurred growth from $15M to $80M annually, culminating in receiving five Zone of the Year Awards during tenure.
• Grew a group of seven individual employees into a top performing team of 18 direct reports with revenue streams 700% higher than

Product Manager (1995 – 1996)
Served as the company’s sole Product Manager, holding responsibility for all products, product development and rollout. Managed the entire
