Sender can be writer, speaker or some one

6. Encoding means to transform the message in to understandable
form. In other words encoding can be the writing or preparing
of the message .Encoding is done by the sender .

7. The way or medium through information or message is
transferred from one person to another . There are 2 types of
channels

9. It is opposite to encoding. It is actually reading or
understanding the message send by sender. Decoding is done
by the receiver

11. Feedback is actually the response of the message send by the
sender. Receiver gives feedback to the sender. Feedback is the
most important element in the communication process because
it tells that the receiver have understand the message. Without a
feedback communication process can’t be complete.
There are 2 types of feedback
•Positive Feedback
•Negative Feedback
