2. 1.Inconsistency
• Inconsistency in the behavior with client leads
misery and client loss faith in counsellor .
Counsellor must be consistent with his client
this leads counselling to get some output
from it otherwise counseling will be futile.
3. 2.Raise you voice and show Anger
• Counsellor should never raise voice and show
anger towards client . Let there may be many
problems in counsellors life but counsellor
should not mingled personal and professional
life. Client believes that counsellor
understands him but showing anger cracks his
believe.
4. 3. Ask client to justify action
Never do this because it means that you are
considering client as a guilty who has done
some mistake . Let client speak about his
problem himself . If you want to know reasons
behind some actions then just lead to that
through small but indicative questions
5. 4.Be the Judge
• Counsellor is the hope for client ,client tells
everything to counsellor . Counsellor has to
show direction but should not be a judge to
give decision what is right or wrong
6. 5.Make promise
• There is need that counsellor should show
the way and help the client ,but Making
promise make client to depend on counsellor
,this further leads to emotional attachment
which is not good for counseling process.
