I am working in the field of education but it is slightly different field where we train students for their development as a professional social worker .The base of the professional social work is owed to many interdisciplinary subjects from social science to medicine. In the 21st century human community will undergo tremendous changes from personal to social,to handle this changes we need professional socialwork who are trained with the skills of counselling and case study method to understand problems of indvidual.Students are trainded to handle porblems of community teaching them in "community orgnisation and development"
